I like cooking fish with Happycall oven top cooker. It cooks fast because it is pressurized making the meat so tender. I cooked this tilapia without added liquid. The moisture from the veggies and from the fish itself is enough to cook the whole dish to perfection.,Because of less water the flavor was not diluted leaving the dish very flavorful. This cooker is one of my best investment this year 2023!
